How Does It Work
Step 1 - Build Your Profile
Answer a few questions such as your favorite subjects, extracurricular activities, your technology ability, we will build your profile. Find a Sample Profile here.
Step 2 - See Some Ideas
We will present you with some ideas of real world opportunities based on your profile. It could be internships, research projects, summer jobs, or many more.
Step 3 - Explore the Ideas
You will explore and discuss the presented opportunities with your family, friends, teachers, and take a decision on which opportunity you'd like to pursue, or you want more ideas instead!
Step 4 - We Work the Network
Once you decide on pursuing an opportunity, we will work our network to get in touch with the hiring representative and let them know "hey, a young talent is interested in your opportunity!"
Step 5 - Tailor Profile, Apply
We will invite the hiring representatives to list their jobs or programs on our platform. You will then tailor your profile, with our help of course, and apply.
Step 6 - Network thru Feedback
The hiring representative will review your profile and share feedback (and/or decision) with you. Through this process and your intentional effort, you've made one more meaningful connection.
