How Does It Work
Step 1 - List An Opportunity
Whether you are redesigning your workforce model by incorporating more Gen-Z and Gen-Alpha, or you are building a pipeline of industry and field specific talent, ​you come to the right place.
It takes a village! As long as you have a business email, no matter if you are a HR, a Recruiter, a Hiring Manager, a Engineer, a Program Manager, a Specialist, anyone can list an opportunity. Listing is free.
Step 2 - We Simplify It
We present and illustrate the opportunity requirements in a way that uses simple, relatable language, making it easier for Gen-Z and Gen-Alpha to understand.
Step 3 - We Find Prospects
Using our proprietary methods and database, we identify students who meet the necessary requirements and may have an interest in exploring this opportunity.
Step 4 - Prospects Confirm Interest
Students will evaluate the opportunities with guidance from their family, friends, and teachers to determine if they align with their interests and goals. If the opportunities resonate with them, they will confirm their interest and craft a resume tailored specifically for the opportunity. Step 5 - Hiring Rep Review Prospects
The hiring representative will thoroughly review the customized resumes submitted by students who have expressed interest in the opportunities. This review process allows the representative to assess each student's qualifications, skills, and enthusiasm for the role, ensuring the best-fit students are identified for further consideration.
Step 6 - Hiring Rep Decision
Based on the assessment, the hiring representative will either advance the student to the next stage of the process, such as a phone interview or a video interview, or they will decide to reject the application. Regardless of the outcome, every student will receive clear communication regarding the decision on their application, ensuring they are informed and can plan their next steps accordingly.
